September is a festive month in our household, as the two furbabies are celebrating their birthdays within 18 days of each other during this month.
I guess it’s now officially my second favourite month, after my own birthday month!
I have to say, it’s been a rough ride since the hardest day when our first dog died in August last year. So even last month was still a bit depressing — a ghost month if you will. But this month we had these two new pups to celebrate!
It’s not a walk in the park how we took on more than we could with two dogs of different sizes and a whole new world of personalities — but we survived and we are happy. And we love our walks by the parks (because dogs are not allowed in the parks so we just walk around them, haha!).
Our hearts are ever full as we discover new adventures and quirks to this new situation.
It’s a challenge, but we choose to celebrate wins like these. Time to eat cake!
